The book is set in a fantasy landscape full of quirky characters with interesting names.    Zhizelk battles monsters, gets involved with dangerous criminals and meets new allies on this adventure of a lifetime. 

Zhizelk was hiding in a haystack nearby, praying that he would not be found. Criminal 323 was a very dangerous place, a well known fact known by almost everyone in Crussia, a fact that Zhizelk certainly knew. He was certain, that if he was found, it would be certain death for him. Zhizelk was thinking that he maybe could have sprinted away, instead of hiding, but then he might have been caught. Now it was probably too late to run away. But then a thought sparked into his mind, something that he had forgotten about. They weren’t specifically looking for him, so he likely wouldn’t be found anytime soon. This thought gave him plenty of confidence, enough that a short time later, he had completely changed his mind, and decided to sprint away. Just to be on the safe side, he kept checking behind him, just in case.

His confidence kept growing, and soon, he stopped even checking behind him. 30 minutes later, Zhizelk was still not in the area of his family’s tiny little shelter. He was wondering why he was still not home. The road sign gave him his answer, it said he was on Haianiso Street, and he lived on Gaeza Street, meaning that he had made a wrong turn somewhere and was miles away from his home. He sighed, deeply annoyed with himself, and started walking in the other direction. After a few minutes, Zhizelk heard footsteps behind him, looked behind him, and gasped. He was being followed by a man from Criminal 323.

Zhizelk needed to escape. Then he had a great plan. He had created a hologram of himself, which he would use to escape. He called his hologram HZZ (Hologram of Zhizelk Ziibos). His other option was to run, since the man had not quite caught up to him yet. However, Zhizelk tried this, and it did not work – he was tiring, and the man was rapidly approaching him. The man must be very fit, thought Zhizelk to himself. He has run the same distance as I have, yet while I am absolutely exhausted, and clearly show that, the man does not show a single sign of tiredness.

From behind him, the man called “Kid, you can run, but you can’t hide.” Just then, the man heard a chicken noise behind him. The man turned, and Zhizelk pressed a button on his phone, to make HZZ appear. Just before the man turned back around again, Zhizelk ran into the bushes. He had been smart, and had programmed the hologram to run away from his family’s little shelter/house. The man turned around, and snickered “I’ve nearly got you, kid” he murmured. HZZ broke out into a sprint, and the man chased after him. They soon disappeared around the corner. Zhizelk then left his hiding spot, and chuckled as he sprinted towards his house.

Meanwhile, the man was still chasing after HZZ. Soon the man had caught up to HZZ, and grabbed him. But his hand went straight through HZZ. The man growled in anger. He had been tricked.

Meet some of the characters

Zhizelk Ziibos

Zhizelk Ziibos is a twelve-year-old boy, who comes from a poor Crussian family. So, one day, he decides to set out on a journey to find something of value for them. He is the main character in this story.

Kayko the Banana

Kayko is a banana. But he wasn’t always one. He used to be a Criminal, but one day he had a change of heart, and decided to become good. One of his evil allies wasn’t too happy about that, so they turned Kayko into a banana. Nowadays, he is the prince of the bananas.

Galki the penguinGalki the Penguin

Galki the penguin may not the biggest, or the strongest, but what she lacks in size, and strength, she makes up for it, with her speed and trickiness. She often defeats her opponents by confusing them, with her tricks, before attacking.

Xeilo the snakeXeilo the Snake

Xeilo the Snake is quite friendly. But you do not want to make enemies with her, because her poisonous bites can kill you in a flash.

Toso Takala

A spy for the Crussian Spy Association (CSA), he helps Zhizelk and the others try to find treasure, while also helping them against T-REX (as the T-REX part is his latest CSA mission).

RingadedeRingadede Conslagege

Ringadede is one of the top 10 most powerful men in Abian. He is the head of the hugely feared Criminal 323 organization. He knows a lot about this kind of stuff, and has slowly risen up the ranks until he became the boss. Since he has become the boss of Criminal 323, he has improved the place, especially the security measures, and now even the most daring, and brave CSA struggle to infiltrate Criminal 323.

T RexT-REX

??? Nothing much is known about T-REX. T-REX always flies under the radar, and nobody has ever truly discovered his real identity, and nobody has ever managed to find him guilty of any crime, even though he has likely committed many crimes in the last 10 years. All of this makes T-REX the greatest Criminal mastermind Abian has ever seen.
